Tundra Chat Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the cloud service, payments, and automatic renewal.
1. Provider and acceptance
Provider: Alexey Grishechko, sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation, Tax ID 550407078302, address: 4 Lermontova St., Apt. 29, Omsk 644024, Russia. Contact: support@tundraa.dev.
You accept these Terms when you select a plan, actively check the initially unchecked recurring-charge consent box, and make the first payment. The Provider records the date, text, and technical evidence of that consent.
2. Service and plans
The service provides chat widgets and channels, a team workspace, AI-assisted dialogues, and the features stated on the pricing page. Channel, team-member, and AI-dialogue limits are displayed before payment and in Billing.
Start — $49/month or $468/year; Business — $129/month or $1,236/year; Network — $319/month; Scale — $649/month.
A billing period is one month, or twelve months where an annual option is shown. The final price and period are shown before payment confirmation.
3. Payment and recurring charges
Card payments and recurring billing are processed by Lava.top as payment agent. At the start of each following period, Lava.top charges the current price of the selected plan using the payment method authorized at checkout. The Provider does not store full card details.
If a price changes, the new price applies to a future renewal after at least 10 calendar days’ notice in the service or by email. You may cancel before the charge date.
4. Cancellation, access, and refunds
Cancel automatic renewal in Billing. Cancellation stops future charges while access continues through the paid period. After a failed renewal, the subscription may become past due and paid limits may be suspended until payment.
To request a refund, email support@tundraa.dev with the account email, payment date, and amount. Refunds are provided where required by law and when the service could not be delivered due to the Provider; usage during the period may be taken into account.
5. Use of the service
You are responsible for the legality of messages, knowledge-base materials, and visitor-data processing. Illegal content, malicious code, service disruption, and unauthorized access are prohibited. You must protect account credentials.
6. Data, availability, and liability
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Notice. Maintenance and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Liability is governed by applicable law, and mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
7. Changes and contact
The current version is published at this address. Material changes affecting an active subscription are communicated in the service or by email. Questions, cancellation support, and complaints: support@tundraa.dev.
