Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Consent and controller

By actively accepting this consent when requested, you authorize Alexey Grishechko, sole proprietor, Tax ID 550407078302, at 4 Lermontova St., Apt. 29, Omsk 644024, Russia (the “Controller”) to process personal data for https://chat.tundraa.dev and Tundra Chat.

2. Data and purposes

The consent covers account and contact data; IP address, cookies, device and usage data; messages, lead contacts, channel settings, knowledge-base material and other content submitted to the service; payer, plan, payment, subscription and recurring-consent records.

The purposes are account registration and security, service delivery and support, AI-assisted conversations, connected channels, billing, analytics, abuse prevention, and compliance with law.

3. Processing and recipients

Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, necessary disclosure to processors, de-identification, restriction, deletion, and destruction. Processors may include infrastructure and email providers, communication platforms, AI providers (Google Gemini or OpenAI), Lava.top, and Google Analytics.

4. Duration and withdrawal

This consent continues until its purposes are met or it is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits continued processing. To withdraw, email support@tundraa.dev with the account email and information needed to verify the request.
