1. Controller and scope

This Notice covers https://chat.tundraa.dev and Tundra Chat, including its chat widget, connected channels, team workspace, knowledge base, visitor conversations, leads, billing, and AI features. It forms part of the Terms; where consent is the appropriate basis, the Data Processing Consent also applies.

2. Data we process

• account and team data: name, email, password hash, roles, settings, payer details, and support correspondence;
• service content: websites and channel settings, visitor and operator messages, contact details submitted in chats, leads, AI instructions, and knowledge-base materials;
• technical data: IP address, browser, device, language, security and error logs, cookies, localStorage, and feature usage;
• billing data: plan, amount, currency, payment and subscription identifiers, status, and evidence of recurring-billing consent. Lava.top processes full payment credentials; we do not store full card details;
• Google Analytics data with IP anonymization enabled.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create and secure accounts, deliver the contracted service, run AI-assisted conversations, provide support, bill subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose and improve the service, send operational notices, and comply with legal duties. The bases are contract performance, consent where requested, compliance with law, and legitimate interests in security and product operation balanced against individual rights.

4. Processors and disclosures

Data may be processed as necessary by hosting and infrastructure providers, email services, connected communication platforms, AI providers (Google Gemini or OpenAI), Lava.top, and Google Analytics. We may disclose data when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Providers and users may be in different countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we use an available lawful mechanism and limit the transfer to what is required for the relevant feature.

6. Retention and security

Account data and service content are retained while the account is active and as needed to deliver the service. After deletion or termination, data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable technical period, except for records required by law, accounting, dispute handling, or security. Backups expire on their rotation cycle.

We use access controls, HTTPS/TLS, credential protection, logging, backups, updates, and organizational safeguards. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis for third-party data they send through connected channels.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. Email support@tundraa.dev with enough information to locate and verify the relevant account. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or processing supported by another legal basis.

8. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies and localStorage support authentication, security, language, and interface preferences. Google Analytics helps us understand page usage with IP anonymization enabled. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some functions may stop working.
